Your monthly rent includes cable, water and garbage. Restrooms are provided onsite. Laundry facilities, post office, grocery store, pharmacy and gas are less than two miles from Hammond Park. 

About Us
We are a well-maintained, privately owned Senior RV Park.  A bus stop is conveniently located at our park entrance. The beach and marina are within 2 miles.

Most of our residents are long-term; we do not offer short-term stays.  All units must be fully self-contained.  In addition, to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, older RV's, particularly motorhomes and 5th wheels, cannot be accepted. 
 
Out of consideration for our tenants, dogs are not permitted.
